The iRoc Experience Story
The iRoc Experience was founded by a group of professionals who believe that excellent customer service should be at the forefront of any business. Over the years of living and traveling in Jamaica our founders realized that there was a common trend of poor customer service throughout all sectors. While at a high-end restaurant participating in a team event the founders experienced what Jamaicans call ‘the last straw’ and therefore decided to come up with a solution to elevate companies suffering from poor reviews and loss of customers as a result of this poor customer service. The founders themselves had years of experience in training and they found that most businesses were not meeting the minimum service standards across industries. So we decided to utilize our knowledge, skills and training and hence the iRoc Experience was born.
